AELI Supports the DOMINANCE Act

AELI was proud to attend the launch event for the DOMINANCE Act, led by Rep. Young Kim. The DOMINANCE Act is designed to break China's chokehold on critical minerals and secure America's energy future. The bill embeds critical minerals into diplomacy, permitting, financing, and industrial strategy, treating them not as a niche trade issue but as the architecture of American power.

AELI President Chris Johnson published an op-ed in The Bully Pulpit in support of the legislation, calling it "decoupling done right." If the United States wants to lead in AI, clean energy, manufacturing, and national security, it cannot outsource the physical foundation of those systems. The DOMINANCE Act gets that.
